What a joy to get up and eat breakfast in the cockpit. The weather has changed a seasonal high. We even keep the hatches open at night now. After breakfast we had a little action at the marina when a new boat owner went to move his boat to a new slip. The engines were not functioning properly and fortunately he had a marine mechanic on board. We had some running around to prevent a collision. After they went to work on the boat we headed over to Europeon Village with Heather and Peter for lunch. Quiet evening onboard watching tv and reading.

When we went to pick up the bikes today the gentleman told us about a bike path that runs along the ICW so we thought we would check it out. What a beautiful trip. I feel like a kid again. Touring around the area. It doesn't matter how well you ride as they have bike paths everywhere. We went back down to the mall to get some milk and rode past the golf course they are building. All this frolic and fun seems to have come to a crash landing for Dick as he put his back out today.

Sorry to hear Dick is having back problems--they can be painful--hopefully it isn't too bad. The bike trails sound great .Its good you don't plan on moving for a couple of weeks. Finished kertasputting up the decorations today --can't wait to see our Elyssa and her parents of course! Hang in Mom

shirley said - Have you got any proboxicam or whatever those wooden people use in the commercial. Rosie gave me some one time to take away with us and was a little put out with me because I gave it to Jill who was having problems so idon't know whether or not it works. I talked to Nathan last night and he had his tonsils out. Tom called to-night , on his way down the St. Lawrence with a load of grain. They will tie up in Montreal for the winter. Lots of snow - Mom

glad to hear you are having fun on the bikes touring around and that it is finally warm!
we are preparing for another major snow storm this weekend. over 40cm of snow predicted.
hopefully all the snow will fall this weekend and we can have clear weather for the trip over christmas.

we have the church's christmas pagent on sunday. I am playing the piano for all the carols and Elyssa is going to be dressed up as a sheep (or at least that is the plan) Josh will be a shepherd, otherwise there is no way Elyssa would go where she is supposed to. we'll get some pictures.
I hope Dad's back gets better soon.

take care,
Love Karin.
