Christmas Morning Dick and I got up and opened our presents that Mom Foster had sent. My stocking had a toaster in it so that was a good laugh after all this time.
Many thanks to our friends Heather and Peter on board Radical Jack who served up a beautiful meal of Cornish hen, roasted potatoes, green beans tomatoes and feta cheese appetizer and trifle and cream puffs for dessert. There were five of us who shared the fare.
In the evening we called our family at my sisters home in Ingersoll and did a google talk video call. Many thanks to google for allowing us to see our family especially our newest member baby Elyssa. Actually she performed amazingly in front of the camera computer. She is a real professional at this thanks to all the video clips her mommy makes to send to us. I was so happy to hear my son Josh had bought her a video camera for Christmas.

Makes me hungery just looking at the food--nice to see your friends--now we have an idea about them and can put a face when you talk about them--thank you to them for being so kind to Dick and Ruth.
