Slept in until around 10:00 a.m. Wow its over and life goes on. We spent the day put sing around the boat taking stalk of things that have to be done before we leave. We were having a coffee in the cockpit when a couple came up the dock and introduded themselves. They said they were Canadians from Nova Scotia. They were in Palm Coast at at a private dock working on their 65 foot sailboat Road to the Isles. They had built the boat as Don worked summers as Skipper of the Blue Nose and winters he worked on his boat down here. The mast is too tall to do the ICW so they had lots of information to share about sailing on the ocean. They were telling us that the Bahama Crossing is not that bad as long as you get the right wind. By the time they were done they had infused this heart with a new passion to head out and finish the trip.
Stay tuned more to come.

God always sends someone to help us finish something we started. Everytime you begin to think the job is to big, scary or difficult, God sends you the inspiration to continue. That's how it worked with my house. I would not have finished if He had not sent all those wonderful souls to encourage me on.
Overcome, overcome, overcome .... oh yeah .... and endure until the end. LOL
love and prayers, j
