We had to take Bev to an appointment today so she can volunteer in a Hospice down here. How do you like that? After much scrutiny they accepted her and she meet her new patients.
After she was finished we went to the boat to go for a sail. The weather was warm but a front moved in and it was foggy on the Gulf. That of course did not stop us from going out for a sail. After we got back in we went down to the Bonita Bill's for a drink and some peeled shrimp. The restaurant is right on the water and lots of attention happens when boats come in and clean the fish on the docks and all the pelicans gather for a buffet.
It was our turn to make dinner and we cooked up a delicious pork roast called Jurassic Park out of the Looney Spoon Book.
After dinner Bev took me to her book club for the evening. It is so nice to talk out the door and not wear a coat, hat, mitts, infinity scarf, boots.
