A funny thing happened this morning when we were leaving for Erie, Penn. When we got to the mouth of the harbour the wind completely died. We decided instead of taking 30 miles to motor to the east we would take 8 miles to the west and that would land us in Genevea Park. There is a state park and a village much like summer in Grand Bend. There is a path carved though the brush that runs down by the water. We went downtown to have lunch and ended up at a place from the 50 ies. called Eddies Restaurant. The food was good and the service as well. It was beastly hot all day and we ran to shade all along the way. I found a new bathing suit at one of the shops. The label said it was a Longitude and I love the fit. It is designed for longer body portions so it does bind on the leg or shoulders. Fantastic idea. On board tonight with three fans to break the heat.
